Richmond Slate Repair LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Richmond Slate Repair Sync application, which integrates with QuickBooks Online to help manage invoicing, billing, and customer records for our roofing business. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with that application.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect the Richmond Slate Repair Sync application to your QuickBooks Online account, we access the following data solely to operate the integration: customer names and contact information, invoice and payment records, job descriptions and estimates, and account authentication tokens provided by Intuit. We do not collect any data beyond what is necessary to sync your QuickBooks records with our internal business systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information accessed through the QuickBooks integration is used exclusively to create and sync invoices between QuickBooks and our internal records, manage customer accounts and job histories, generate estimates and billing documents, and maintain accurate financial records for Richmond Slate Repair LLC. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to delivering our roofing services.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties. Data accessed through the QuickBooks integration is not shared with any third party except as required by law or as necessary to operate the integration itself (e.g., Intuit's own servers). No customer financial data is ever shared with marketing or analytics companies.

4. Data Retention

We retain QuickBooks data only as long as it is needed to maintain accurate business records and fulfill our obligations as a roofing contractor. If you disconnect the application, we will cease accessing new data from your QuickBooks account. You may request deletion of any personally identifiable information we hold by contacting us directly.

5. Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information accessed through the QuickBooks integration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Access to integrated data is restricted to authorized personnel of Richmond Slate Repair LLC only.

6. Your Rights

You may disconnect the Richmond Slate Repair Sync application from your QuickBooks account at any time through your Intuit account settings.
